This document signifies an agreement between Traxion Motorcycle Apparel
and the undersigned customer to produce the following garments.
By submitting this form I agree to abide
by the terms and conditions and acknowledge that I have read and
understood them prior to submitting this agreement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) Payment for custom garments is up
front and in full before production will commence.
b) Garments are guaranteed to match the
measurements listed below or Traxion will produce a replacement at no
extra cost to the customer.
c) The specifications listed below are
final. No alterations to the specifications will be undertaken once
production has commenced.
Please list only ONE jacket and / or ONE Pair of pants per form.
