Here's a list of things that we do.... and things that we don't, based on the most common questions we're asked.
What We Do
We sell our own brand (Traxion) of motorcycle clothing.
We deliver anywhere in the World.
We may not have every size of every model in stock but we can make them..
We make custom sized textile and leather jackets and pants. We haven't yet been unable to cater for anyone regardless how big.
We offer a 10% discount for learners as well as providing personalised service and advice. Nervous parents are welcome!
Bring your motorcycle along to the shop and you're welcome to to sit on your bike in any of our gear that you like.
We give a written three month guarantee on the manufacture of our garments including material, stitching and lining. (Zips excluded)
We have EFTPOS and accept Visa and Mastercard as well as debit cards (personal savings cards)
For mail orders we accept payment via direct credit into our bank account or via credit card over the phone. Bank details are on the "how to pay" page www.traxion.com.au/howtopay.htm
What we don't
We don't sell any other brand of clothing but Traxion
We don't sell helmets or boots
Traxion doesn't do alterations to existing garments.
We don't accept postal returns without prior agreement. If you have a legitimate reason to return any garment(s) please phone or email us first to arrange the return of the goods.
